These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Appzito Technologies (“Appzito,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in India, governing your use of the SiteZero mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using SiteZero, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use SiteZero. You register using your mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use SiteZero on devices you own or control, for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted.
SiteZero offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (such as Standard and Premium) with different feature limits. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Google Play Billing.
Because purchases are processed by Google Play, refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
You retain ownership of the data and content you create or upload to SiteZero (“Your Content”), including projects, ledger entries, photos, and documents. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of Your Content. SiteZero is a record-keeping and management tool; it is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or official records. You are responsible for verifying calculations, balances, and compliance with applicable laws.

The Service, including the SiteZero name, logo, software, design, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Appzito or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited licence granted to you, no rights are transferred. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase and Google Play. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the entire Service) at any time, and may release updates that you may need to install to continue using the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that data will not be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appzito and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appzito and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your licence ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
