This Privacy Policy explains how Appzito Technologies (“Appzito,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the SiteZero mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). SiteZero is a construction site management app for contractors, builders, and site teams.

SiteZero is developed and operated by Appzito Technologies, a company registered in India with its registered office at Harwara, Dhoomanganj, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh 211001, India. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data we process through the Service.
We collect the following categories of information so that SiteZero can function as your construction management tool:

SiteZero requests certain device permissions. You can grant or deny them, and change them later in your device settings. Denying a permission may limit related features.
Where the DPDP Act or other applicable law requires it, we process your personal data on the basis of: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); the performance of our contract with you (to deliver the Service you request); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; and compliance with legal obligations.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period (see the Data Deletion page), except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, or to resolve disputes.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication safeguards provided by our cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device and account credentials safe.

SiteZero is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your data may be processed and stored on servers operated by our cloud providers, which may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
