Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your SiteZero account and the personal data associated with it. SiteZero is operated by Appzito Technologies (“Appzito”). You can delete your account directly in the app, or by sending us a request by email.

Option 1 — Delete your account from within the app

  1. Open SiteZero and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (or your profile).
  3. Tap AccountDelete Account.
  4. Confirm the request. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the phone number/email associated with your account and we will process your request:

Please include the mobile number registered to your SiteZero account and the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We may verify your identity before processing the request to protect your data.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

Account & profilePhone number, name, and business profile / digital card details.
Project & site dataProjects, site addresses/locations, and tasks.
Financial & ledger dataExpenses, payments, party ledgers/khata, and balances.
Materials & stockMaterials library and stock/consumption records.
Media & documentsSite photos, bills, drawings, and uploaded files.
Imported contactsContact names and numbers you imported into your ledger.

Data we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of data where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. This data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymised.

Subscription and payment records are managed by Google Play. To cancel a subscription, use your Google Play account settings. Deleting your SiteZero account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our standard backup rotation, after which the data cannot be recovered.
