This page explains how to request deletion of your SiteZero account and the personal data associated with it. SiteZero is operated by Appzito Technologies (“Appzito”). You can delete your account directly in the app, or by sending us a request by email.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the phone number/email associated with your account and we will process your request:
Please include the mobile number registered to your SiteZero account and the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We may verify your identity before processing the request to protect your data.
When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

| Project & site data | Projects, site addresses/locations, and tasks. |
| Financial & ledger data | Expenses, payments, party ledgers/khata, and balances. |
| Materials & stock | Materials library and stock/consumption records. |
| Media & documents | Site photos, bills, drawings, and uploaded files. |
| Imported contacts | Contact names and numbers you imported into your ledger. |
We may retain a limited amount of data where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. This data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymised.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our standard backup rotation, after which the data cannot be recovered.
