These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UniRent mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Appzito Technologies ("Appzito", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in using your mobile phone number and a one-time password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@appzito.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own lawful rent-management purposes. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App and its content not expressly granted to you.
UniRent helps an individual property owner manage properties, units, tenants, rent invoices, payment records, receipts, expenses, and reminders. The App records rent and payment information that you enter; it is a record-keeping and management tool and does not process, collect, hold, or transfer money, and is not a payment processor, bank, or financial institution.

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the App to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for how you collect and use tenant information. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, and on your device's app store and operating system. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Availability of the App may depend on these third parties and on your internet connection.
The App is currently provided at no charge unless otherwise stated in the App. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in future, we will present the applicable price and terms before you incur any charge, and purchases will be handled through your app store.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that records, calculations, reminders, or exports will be free of errors. The App does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice; you should consult a qualified professional before relying on any record or report.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appzito and its officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or INR 1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appzito from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, Your Content, your handling of tenant data, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have, the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the licence in Section 3 ends; Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
